This module provides an overview of computer fundamentals including input, processing, output, hardware, software, data, data storage, operating systems, and network computing. They will also explore using computers, web browsers, and email safely.

Description

Unit: Home Computing


Description
In this unit, students will learn about: the parts of a typical home computer, setting up a home computer, and updating software. Students learn about basic computer troubleshooting and how to safely download and install drivers and new applications.

Description
Students will review articles for information related to a topic in the module. Once an article is found, students complete a Current Event form.
