iCEV Acquires Eduthings

iCEV, a leading producer of Career & Technical Education (CTE) curriculum, instructional materials and industry certification testing announced today it has acquired Eduthings.

Eduthings provides automated CTE data analysis and management to help administrators evaluate and report on their CTE program's effectiveness. By automating college, career and military readiness (CCMR) data collection and analysis, Eduthings helps administrators provide the evidence needed for federal and state-funding reports.

The Eduthings platform organizes and aggregates CTE program data, including industry certifications, work-based learning, student participation and course enrollments.

In 2021, The Riverside Company announced a strategic investment in iCEV to allow the company to further expand its offerings and capabilities through organic and M&A initiatives. In June 2022, iCEV acquired DroneCurriculum.net, which includes preparation materials for the FAA Remote Pilot Certification Exam. In August, iCEV acquired Today’s Class, a leader in automotive and cosmetology curriculums. In October, iCEV acquired Applied Educational Systems, a SaaS-based digital curriculum for health science, business education, computer applications, and career readiness.
