iCEV & National FFA Partner to Produce New Series
iCEV, a leading producer of agricultural science curriculum and instructional materials, has partnered with the National FFA Organization to launch the Blue & Gold Experience series.
The previous iteration of this series, Blue & Gold Basics, is one of the most watched and popular iCEV series since its release in 2013. The new, updated version will feature lessons focusing on the three-component model, with particular emphasis on involvement through various opportunities in Leadership Development Events (LDE), Career Development Events (CDE) and Supervised Agricultural Experience (SAE) programs.
The content for the series will showcase diverse experiences from FFA members across the nation. Through engaging video presentations and interactive learning opportunities, students will learn about the organization’s opportunities and how they can seek involvement at the chapter, state and national levels within their own fields of interest.
The resources for the project are being created in collaboration between iCEV and the National FFA Organization.
“We are excited to launch this new series,” said Clayton Franklin, iCEV Chief Product Officer. “Blue & Gold Basics has been a cornerstone in our library, and we are excited to partner with the National FFA Organization to bring new life to this popular series.”
“We are happy to be collaborating with iCEV for the new “Blue and Gold Experience series,” said, Ambra Tennery, National FFA Associate Director of Educational Programs. “Working with iCEV to showcase the rich history of FFA, along with advisors and members from across the country was an easy choice and we are certain that many stakeholders will benefit from the project.”
